The SF ahead of him must be taking his time because Gonzalo could see him and watch his patrol. He flew with a swagger - perhaps more confidence than a particular way of moving - it was obvious to anyone who saw him that he wouldn't let anything get in his way. Gonzalo wondered how well he was actually watching the Binugs when one of them picked up a stone and took aim at the SF. With a swift dive and kick, the SF knocked the stone out of the Binug's hand and backed off, signaling that he wasn't going take trouble, but didn't want to cause it either.
Gonzalo blinked and shook his head. The SF was back in position. Had something just happened? What was it? He cautiously reached out with his mind to the Binug who was standing glaring at them, but there was a confused silence. Then came a shock to his own mind and he found himself briefly staring into the face of the SF ahead of him who had turned around for a moment. Gonzalo flinched and looked away, scanning the area as he had done millions of times before, falling back into his patrol mode. He would think more and try to remember once he was back in his pod. Mind Control was nothing new to him, but he had never seen it used like that by a SF.
