I haven't written much on my blog this month, but that doesn't mean I haven't been writing. This month I have been working really hard on my touring production. This has meant compiling poems, reading, and songs to tell as story as well as present a message. Then I have had lots of e-mails to write. Setting up auditions, getting schedules, communicating with parents and so on has taken a lot of time. Now I am almost to the point of starting rehearsals.
I also have been working on writing about the directing at ICS process - explaining what I do, so that when I ask someone else to direct, they know what they are taking on, as well as explaining what I would like to have other people do so I don't feel like I am doing everything.
I have also prepared Sunday Schools Lessons and Lenten Lessons for every Sunday. And have begun thinking and writing more seriously about about being Sunday School Superintendent next year.
Then finally, I have been doing a lot of thinking and writing for and about the ICS Board.
In my head I have been telling a new story too. I doubt it will ever make it to paper. I don't like it that much, but it has been going through my head.
So alas, poor blog, I have neglected you this month too. Maybe my next post will be about what is going on in our lives. Maybe not...
Why a Bean Patch? It is a great place to tell stories, share insights, be crazy, face your fear of bugs, as well as pick beans.

Loss (poem/song in progress)
Hold your babies just a little closer tonight.
Don't forget to tell someone just how much you care.
You never know what the day might bring
So use the time you have;
You never know what night may take away.
Don't forget to tell someone just how much you care.
You never know what the day might bring
So use the time you have;
You never know what night may take away.
